Tras la turbulenta relaci\u00f3n que tuvo con Justin Bieber, <strong>muchos pensaron en drogas, trastornos alimenticios y problemas por el estilo<\/strong>, pero la cantante ha roto su silencio y ha explicado el aut\u00e9ntico motivo del par\u00f3n. Le diagnosticaron lupus y tuvo que recibir quimioterapia.<strong><em> \u201cTen\u00eda tantas ganas de decir:<\/em> \u2018<em>No ten\u00e9is ni idea. Estoy recibiendo quimioterapia. Sois unos g**********\u2019\u201d<\/em>, <\/strong>ha dicho en una entrevista para\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em>. \u201c<em>Me encerr\u00e9 en m\u00ed misma hasta que tuviese confianza y estuviese c\u00f3moda de nuevo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A grandes rasgos, <strong>en el lupus, el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico ataca a los tejidos sanos del cuerpo<\/strong>, porque diferencia las c\u00e9lulas buenas de los g\u00e9rmenes y los virus. Sus s\u00edntomas pueden ser desde leves a mortales, pero casi todos los pacientes experimentan hinchaz\u00f3n \u2013de ah\u00ed a que tras algunas de sus fotos se hablase de que hab\u00eda ganado peso-, inflamaci\u00f3n en las articulaciones, cansancio, dolor de cabeza y en el pecho y ca\u00edda del pelo entre otros. Y pasar por todo aquello mientras el mundo especulaba sobre sus supuestos excesos enfad\u00f3 \u2013y mucho- a Selena G\u00f3mez. \u201cSoy tremendamente maja con todo el mundo, y la gente es muy mala conmigo\u201d, ha reclamado. \u201c<em>Llevo trabajando desde que ten\u00eda 7 a\u00f1os.
